If you yourself is about to put anything in storage I advise you to go to any other storage facility other than this one istorage self storage is the worst storage company I have ever experienced. Beware as there are many RV's getting broken into!! We have had our stuff stolen and we found out, the electric fence was not operating so the security of this place was jeopardized however; we were never told and it's one of the reasons we felt comfortable storing our RV here. We no longer store our RV here due to the amount of crime.

I rented a uHaul at this location. Diana was absolutely fantastic. As a matter of fact, I would be happy to give and her customer service a 5 Star rating. However the 1 Star stems from my experience returning the truck. I brought the truck back a day early and filled it to the level of fuel I was asked to. I rented the vehicle 10:18 am and returned it at 11:43 the next day. I have been told countless times, from uHaul centers and Dealers there is a 2 hour grace period, I was well within that. This location is flooded with so many problems that I cannot help but think they are actually stealing peoples vehicles themselves. The location has an electric fence, which shocks me when I am parking my trailer, but apparently has never stopped a theft from the location. They have a secure computer access fence that fails with every brown out, causing everyone to be locked out, or in, until someone deems it fit to arrive at the location, but which can apparently be opened by hand when someone wants to steal a vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS! There have been numerous break ins that were not brought to our attention. We thought with an electrified rod iron fence, security cameras and a huge front gate that our trailer would be in a secure place. Never assume anything! The thief cut the electrified fence, busted the locks on our BRAND NEW custom built trailer, CHANGED THE BATTERY on our buggy and proceeded to ram it THROUGH the front gate...this happened at 5:09am and my husband was called at noon. They just had a break in last week and the manger is not on site and the office is locked with a note posted that they will be back no time and the personal gate is wide open see the pictures I have been storing my rv here and this is the second time that I know there was a break in ironically both times they enter thru the side that the cameras don't see.
