I give it 3 Only because they didn't right away cancel my unit and take my stuff due to a late payment. I've rented the unit for about 3 years and this is my first late payment even over a day. I was charged a late fee. But whatever I expected as much. But they currently state the price for the smallest unit is 50 something dollars. This is not true. It's $80+ after insurance. Mike made signing up easy and when I had a repair to make on the door he sent someone immediately to fix it and I can't say enough about Mike's management skills it's nice to see great customer service as it is very rare these days thanks again Mike

Rate increase from $134 to $177. Took them 2 weeks after the snow/ice storm to plow and clear infant of the unit doors. Could not access our belongings. When asked what was going on, they said they were having issues with the company they hired to clear the snow. 2 Weeks! They could have and should have hired another company. Over 30% of the lights are blown out. It's so dark! I would not recommend this place.

The worst place to store your valuables. I signed up online and received the first month free. That was great! BUT---- I went to the unit and it was an old, nasty unit -- not the nice ones by the office. I can barely get the door open it is so rusted out. THEN--- today I get an email that my rent is going from $133 to $176 per month !!!! After 2 months of renting the unit????? WHAT A SCAM! My daughter uses Clayton Storage and her same size unit is $117 a month and she has had this unit for 2 years with a $5 increase.... read more

I started renting from this facility the beginning of December it is now March I've been there three months and they've already raised my rates I would not recommend the storage facility this is price gouging!!!

Raised rent again and charged me a late fee for being 2 days late, in the middle of a pandemic! I havnt worked and I lost my husband. They are heartless

Just got a notice that my rent is going up AGAIN! I started renting my unit in August of 2016 at a cost of $89.00. New rent as of June 1, 2019 is 117.00. That's a whopping increase of over 31% in less than 3 years. My pay certainly hasn't gone up by 31% over the last three years. STAY AWAY from this place unless you like being ripped off.
