Was offered $250 as a customer concession for $6500 worth of water damaged items. Apparently, mold is not covered under the mandatory $20 insurance, neither is water damage, even though the reason for the mold is the poorly constructed cement/floors were pulling up water into the unit after any rainfall. Locked out of my unit, waited 3 hours for manager to come and take their lock off.
Paid one day after the cutoff date. Put locks on my units and didn't take them off for days after I paid. Water leaks in units, floors soak up water, on site Manager is not actually on site it seems. Trouble trouble trouble.
Price is ok, but security is below average.Was told before storaging my vehcicle in Istorage that they had cameras,not just one camera at the gate, Had something valuable stolen and requested to check the security tape, Well that's when I found out there was a single camera, then they never contacted me of their findings. Here's some advice if you want your property proteted. Insure it heavily, because they don't care!
