Great customer service usually at the storage location in Smithville, NJ My only complaint is how expensive it is to store things there, especially when they raised the rates right in the middle of the coronavirus.

Friendly and highly competent staff. This is our 3rd storage unit. I think that raising prices during Covid is wrong. When we called to rent our third unit we were told that basically everything is being rented. So you don’t have a problem with not enough customers, you have too many customers and yet you raised priced. Unless you lower your prices now that you’re fully booked, we are going to start looking for another place to put our stuff.
