Overall, I had a good experience! My experience with Mandarin Self Storage on Shad's on-site manager, Lauren, was good. She was very courteous and informative. Whether or not she was giving me a deal, it still felt like she had my best interests in mind as far as what unit would really fit my needs. The place felt friendly and reasonable.
Good service at a good price I had a great experience with Mandarin Self Storage of Shad Rd. The timing didn't work out for me to use them for the full period, but for the time that I used their services, they offered good service at a good price. I would recommend them.
I think the rating speaks for itself. I haven't had a single complaint with Mandarin Self Storage of Shad Rd. The only thing that ever happened was a leak in the roof and they gave me ten or fifteen percent off until it was fixed. I've been storing there for about two years. GREAT SHOP SPACE FOR NEW OR SMALL BUSINESS Great place to rent if your a small business or just starting out. I rented one 12x30 unit and before i left i was at 3 units. Friendly staff, clean well maintained facility. I would definitely recommend you check them out if you need business storage!
