This is from a point of view of visiting the storage units; not an actual renter. I stopped by iStorage to check out some units, they have all sizes; even some big enough to park a boat in. The grounds were clean and they had someone riding around making sure everything was secure. I would use this business if I had future storage needs.
I am appreciative of iStorage! 1. They have an upper deck in our unit. (Extremely useful in my business, more room for separating parts and tools) 2. Multiple shelves. (Again, great for organizing) 3. Can fit a business vehicle in the unit as well! Only Thing I could say that I believe would make it better is to have "stairs" to access the upper floor. Convenience sells!
Ashley is the greatest she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone is happy.
I was help by a lady with Glasses name Letha she was very friendly and helpful she gave us a tour of the facility and it was very clean! We moved in that day and we met Ashley the next day she was also really nice too. I recommend everyone to go here if you want excellent service with a smile and a clean place to store your items!!! I am truly a satisfied customer !!
Moved in a couple months ago and the ladies in the front were so helpful and nice. Property is very well kept up and excellent customer service. I couldn't have chosen a better place to store my items!
