Well-suited for business. I've been using Mandarin Self Storage of Shad Rd for a business location and a business address for about two months. The general manager, Lauren, is very accommodating. It's a very professionally run and well maintained operation that's very suited for business operations.

Loretto Self Storage We run our business out of one of the units. Very nice, with wifi, bathroom, 24 hour access. Our rent includes electric and light. Would recomend to others.

I purchased about $40 in boxes and bubble wrap. I bought extra just to be sure i did not run short. I had 4 unused boxes i want to return, and they would not take them back. I was not told this...
Deceptive Business Practice. STAY AWAY... save the headaches. Deceptive business practice. The old bait and switch. They reel you in with teaser monthly rates and then increase it after a few months. Their contract states that they can increase the rent every month because this is a month-to-month lease. I started at $37.00 a month for a 5x10, then in less than a year I was at $68.00. Their reason... "it's market value"....
Horrible I moved my stuff out a year after being there and infested my new place with roaches yuck...and my rent went up 3 times in just a year way overpriced
