I have had other storage units in different locations.And this is the first time I have been with I storage... This. Location is absolutely fantastic. This has been the best experience I've ever had. And I've used storage units for well. Over 15 years, the manager Sue has got to be one of the most accommodating knowledgeable helpful. So my girlfriend and I were planning on moving so we started acquiring things we wanted in our apartment. We decided to get a 5x5 unit from istorage, Had a couple issues about payment and Sue helped walk me through it, which helped save some money. So, shout out to the costumer service here, top tier. Place was clean for a good price and available when i needed it.

The iStorage team is amazing! Alan was more than helpful and very patient with me on the phone. Sue at the Glenview location is a true team player who went above and beyond for me. I needed a place to store some things while in between houses. I'm giving 5-stars for a few reasons. (1) Online system was really easy to use, made making a reservation and signing the lease pretty much seamless. (2) when i had questions i was able to call and Sue answered the phone and walked me through everything i would need. Super helpful. This was my first time using a storage unit, but Sue at the front desk was so helpful and showed me where everything was and made sure I was all set before leaving. She also transferred me to a unit with an elevator as I had initially been placed in one without an elevator

Well we all have stuff. For me this place is convenient and close. The rates are fair and the managers are friendly worked with me to resolve an issue with a broken door. Highly recommended.

I'm sad to write a review like this. I moved out of this facility as well... it's three blocks from where I live. It was totally convenient.. the elevator broke in October of 2024. Instead of compensating people they continued to increase the rent... I was storing more items in my home then in my unit! I couldn't get items down the stairs. The door was very small, and there's a pole on the order side. I've called multiple times with no answer. My final draw was a third increase since the down elevator...
