My family has stored belongings here for years. Manager is very helpful and understanding. Facility is clean and well-kept.
I have had other storage units in different locations.And this is the first time I have been with I storage... This. Location is absolutely fantastic. This has been the best experience I've ever had. So my girlfriend and I were planning on moving so we started acquiring things we wanted in our apartment. We decided to get a 5x5 unit from istorage, Had a couple issues about payment and Sue helped walk me through it, which helped save some money. So, shout out to the costumer service here, top tier. Place was clean for a good price and available when i needed it.
Love this place! Staff is super friendly and they always got answers to all your questions! Susan provided me with just what I was looking for.
The iStorage team is amazing! Alan was more than helpful and very patient with me on the phone. Sue at the Glenview location is a true team player who went above and beyond for me. I needed a place to store some things while in between houses. I'm giving 5-stars for a few reasons. (1) Online system was really easy to use, made making a reservation and signing the lease pretty much seamless. (2) when i had questions i was able to call and Sue answered the phone and walked me through everything i would need. Super helpful. This was my first time using a storage unit, but Sue at the front desk was so helpful and showed me where everything was and made sure I was all set before leaving. She also transferred me to a unit with an elevator as I had initially been placed in one without an elevator
Well we all have stuff. For me this place is convenient and close. The rates are fair and the managers are friendly worked with me to resolve an issue with a broken door. Highly recommended.
Stay away! The facility is very poorly run and shabby. Worst is the elevator in one bldg has been out for over 6 months. For a long time, there was no local management, just a phone number on the locked office door. I have complained to upper mgt and received no satisfaction, just continuing excuses. I should say the new manager is very nice but essentially powerless to rectify problems.
