Susan Hoffmann is the Istorage manager for this glenview location, We did a paid reservation on the phone with a Istorage agent but they provided so many misleading information about the facility. When we arrived at the glenview Istorage location we met with the manager Susan H. She was very friendly welcoming cool mannered and made us feel comfortable also explaining to us everything about the storage space thoroughly in detail which she was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to her.
