I needed a place to store some things while in between houses. I'm giving 5-stars for a few reasons. (1) Online system was really easy to use, made making a reservation and signing the lease pretty much seamless. (2) when i had questions i was able to call and Sue answered the phone and walked me through everything i would need. Super helpful. This was my first time using a storage unit, but Sue at the front desk was so helpful and showed me where everything was and made sure I was all set before leaving. She also transferred me to a unit with an elevator as I had initially been placed in one without an elevator
Well we all have stuff. For me this place is convenient and close. The rates are fair and the managers are friendly worked with me to resolve an issue with a broken door. Highly recommended.
