Upon calling istorage to find out after what length of time the rate will be raised, I was told it could be after a month after three months, and I asked how much it could be raised by and they said oh there's no way to know, it's all decided by corporate. And when I asked him how do I get in touch with corporate, they said oh well they wouldn't even know because it's all done automatically. Avoid this storage facility if you can. They attract customers with decent rates but give it 6-8 months and they'll be raising your rate. The amount they raise it to increases every single time. I've been there for less than 3 years and they've already increased it atleast 4x. Worse storage facility who takes advantage of their customers. I get once a year, raise the rent but EVERY 6-8 MONTHS?! Sadly, they know that people will just pay the increased rent because who wants to lug all their stuff around every 6-8 months??
