Very helpful with the reservation process. Everything was done online and over the phone. My unit was waiting for me, cleaned out, when I arrived to use it. Excellent job.

I am sleeping on the floor right now. My bed was never set up neither was my dresser. Every thing was left in the middle of the floor and we have to find someone and pay them to set up my bed.
