The ceiling’s tile is falling down above my unit I worry that something with fall out on me. Also there’s nothing to hold the entry door open going in and out with my pails makes it hard if I have to keep setting them down to one the door. I was not told that everything would be done over the phone even after speaking to someone on the phone and receiving a text to confirm.
