We were currently rented a large storage unit with I Storage of.Brandon and we reduced the items in the large unit and was able to move to a smaller unit. Talked to Keri in the office and she was very accommodating, opened up the unit so we could look at it first. We were able to move in the smaller storage unit and Keri had paperwork ready to sign. Very helpful and a good personality to work with!

Only problem here is the new manager. She isrude and doesn't do her job right. Needs customer service skills to work with people.
