Fabulous as usual! Walter is wonderful to work with I have rented at this Location beforeI! But I have also rented “as far as I can remember” with 10 different Companies from PA to SC to the Nashville Area, Old Hickory, Hermitage, Donelson, Whitehouse, and Lebanon. When I arrived the associate greeted me acknowledged that I was there. Was very friendly helpful , knowledgeable & efficient. In my opinion he deserves a raise. Customer service isn't what it used to be and this gentleman is a good fit for your company.

The Customer Service was great. What would have really helped would have been a map of the place. Especially for the out gate. That keypad was tricky. I just happened to spot it standing there by itself. Hmmm....2+2=4

Tony in the office was very helpful as I set this up over the phone from across the country. He told me exactly what I needed to do so I secured a large temperature-controlled unit a couple of weeks before I needed it as they were in short supply. He sold me a lock and had it ready when I walked in - very efficient. I've no idea how many months I'll need my unit - waiting for house to be built - came in from out of state.
