My wife and I have never rented a storage unit so we did not know what to expect when we unexpectedly had to acquire one over the Christmas holidays. We picked this facility because of the excellent reviews, location and having climate controlled units. Lauren greeted us and showed us the available units that we might need. Awesome service
Paid 1st month penny was not even one month and being charged and harassed. Got mine on 4-20 should be due on 5-20 and was forced to pay by being threatened by Lauren. She needs to be replaced. She got attitude with me about it. Plan to move my stuff from there and go somewhere else.
