Disgusting, I went today to get a room and I noticed there was rat droppings in every storage room they brought me to and even the halls!

The new management/manager at this storage place is horrible, with a nasty attitude, this place is infested with mice/ rats - I have pics of mice/rat dropping all over my stuff and in a pile of when I swept the unit. I would assume the rodents are getting in due to the loading area door being left open at all sorts of hours of the day. I asked what are the protocols for making a claim and I was told by the manager there to take a brochure. There weren't any other explanation given.
