Very professional, informative, and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and given different options when I told them of what I was storing. A walk through with instructions on what to do when entering and exiting. Hopefully this will be a pleasant experience.
Truly the worst. When it was Moove storage - I never had a problem. Have had my stuff there for 3 years. This company that bought it - the lack of normal human contact - the hardline attitude is creepy. Too long a story about a CC that was replaced with a new exp date. All the other auto charges transferred just fine. Not this place. So I get a fee. Call them with the replacement cc. They won't remove the fee. Next month - they charged the old CC again. Honestly never experienced employing with no sense urgency in this parking lot. I parked my because my company pays for it. Within a week they scratched all my rims and following day the bumpers was also scratched. Most employees at this facility are unprofessional and no respect. If you says something thief respond is " well find different parking" you all need to check you vehicle before and after. Honestly they have actitudes problems.
Never Again. They aren't even paying out my insurance claim! $2,500 worth of damage on brand new clothes and shoes and electronics! This is crazy.
The Bloomfield NJ location is closing because of flooding and widespread damage to all units. This is an act of God. The awful response from management is not. The place is disgusting with hundreds of people trying to clean units out at once, there is refuse/mold all over the place while employees sit around. management did not return my calls/emails and there is absolutely no equipment to help move belongings. I may have to lose work to deal with this. This place is a total "s show". Do not rent from iStorage. Ever.
Don't store your belongings here.... they raise your rent without notifying you. They do not notify you when damage occurs and your belongings are affected Excuses after excuses 15 percent raise without any notice!!!! Elsewhere is cheaper and friendly staff Horrible!!!
Don't store your belongings here if you value your stuff. I've been here for a month. I received a call on 7/2/2020 that there was flooding and I would need to come check my unit for water damage and of course they were wet. It rained again on 7/3/2020, so on 7/4/2020 I went to check , it was worse. The whole 10x10 unit had a water in it, my boxes were sitting in a puddle and some had imploded. Disgusting, I went today to get a room and I noticed there was rat droppings in every storage room they brought me to and even the halls!

The new management/manager at this storage place is horrible, with a nasty attitude, this place is infested with mice/ rats - I have pics of mice/rat dropping all over my stuff and in a pile of when I swept the unit. I would assume the rodents are getting in due to the loading area door being left open at all sorts of hours of the day.
