Used this location multiple times while my daughter attended CSUMB. Mostly for holding items in between semesters or during the summers. Each time the staff were great, professional and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone needing storage. Left her items longer there when we had to move out of student housing suddenly at the start of the pandemic. Very secure and no infestations at all after being there for over a year.
We set a move-in date for a Saturday through the whole sign-up process. When we arrived with all our stuff at 11:30am, the office was closed and empty. To make matters worse, there was 1 cart available with a broken handle, making it useless. If someone had been there, we might have been able to work with them to find one that worked. They are never open when they should be. It's such a hassle to get in there! The hours posted are not the correct hours. They also don't stick to the hours they set outside of that. No one is ever in the office. They raised the prices but never changed quality. Do not come here! Try anywhere else!!

I had been in my storage unit less than one year (10 months) and during this time there was two increases totaling $97.00. During my 10 months, the storage property stopped providing weekend entrance, so I needed to leave work early just to access my storage unit. This is a perfect example of corporate greed, excessive increase of rates while offering less service!
Staff is horrible, manager is horrible. I have left several messages in the past and has never called me back. Overcharged because I couldn't pay them because they were not open when they were supposed to be. There used to be a very helpful lady there but she is not there anymore. If I could give less than one star I would. For months, this establishment has been under new management. Hours change without notice and no one will return your call. Can only reach the main support desk and they are unhelpful. I have an outdoor access unit and when I signed up, had extended hours to access. Now, I can't even access it on the weekends. As soon as I can I'm moving out. Believe the recent ratings and find a different storage solution.
