I have been at this storage unit for quite a few years. I started with them when they were privately owned by Miller Storage. They have always been open 7 days a week. Sundays they unfortunately closed at 5, but at least the other 6 days they were open from very early in the morning until 7 pm. Their web site says they're open every day with long hours, but this ONLY applies to a very small handful of extremely expensive outdoor accessible units. This is the worst company I have ever rented from first of all they fire the young lady who worked here for years and then just shut the doors on all of the people who rent posting sighs with the wrong phone number and just shut the doors . You should not NOT store here after you had them the money get ready for a good read because the only thing this company is liable for is if a UFO hits the building there contract is so unreal I thought I was reading Tom Clancy . I would give them a zero if it was possible. I was with Miller Storage until iStorage took over. The company stinks! They have raised the monthly rent every six months and they give you one months notice. They sent out a convoluted letter about having renters insurance that me and approximately 400 customers did not understand so the staff had to call all of us and that is when I got an explanation about them wanting us to send them confirmation letter stating we have our own insurance or else have to purchase their $12 ... read more
