I would give them a zero if it was possible. I was with Miller Storage until iStorage took over. The company stinks! They have raised the monthly rent every six months and they give you one months notice. They sent out a convoluted letter about having renters insurance that me and approximately 400 customers did not understand so the staff had to call all of us and that is when I got an explanation about them wanting us to send them confirmation letter stating we have our own insurance or else have to purchase their $12 ... read more
