Love the customer service! Myah is the new manager and she is doing awesome!!!! We rented a unit online and came in to get our unit information. She gave us everything we needed, sold us a lock, and then walked us to our unit. When we didn’t really like the unit, she was able to show us a different one and transfer us to that one! She gave us a paper with the highlights of the lease agreement and went over the policies with us, and attached to the paper was the QR code to leave a review!

Amazing experience! The manager was very helpful and made sure that we knew where our unit was. She also went through the lease with us and gave us her card with all of our unit information on it! Myah is amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been a tenant here for a while and I have 2 units here. We heard from Patricia that a new manager was starting so we decided to come in and meet her. She was a lot younger than we thought, but from what we saw she is an extremely hard worker! She apologized when we mentioned that it was a little hard to catch a manager at the location. Amazing customer service with Myah!!!! I have been a tenant for a while and was a little nervous when I heard that Patricia was leaving. I came in the other day to pay my bill and get my gate code. Myah was so sweet and had a smile on her face the entire time. She would ask how I was doing and really seemed to try and get along with me and her other tenants who were in the office as well. She’s the sweetest!!!

Amazing customer service!!! Myah is the property manager and she’s only 21 running a whole property by herself!!! She listened to all of my concerns and asked me questions about what I wanted to store. We looked at a couple of different units and while I couldn’t decide what I wanted right away, she was very patient and even gave me some helpful advice.
