Amazing customer service! Myah is the property manager there and she was the sweetest person ever! She made the move in process so easy and walked us through everything. She helped us find the perfect unit and even mentioned the UHauls at the location as well. Myah is an awesome manager and seemed like a very hard worker, and she mentioned that she has been training the new managers and covering different locations in Conroe. She’s amazing!

I came to this location today looking for a storage unit and the manager was extremely helpful. Her name is Myah and she listened to all of my questions and concerns and then she took me to an outside unit that I was interested in. At first I was just looking for quotes, but then she explained the whole process and the different sizes. After looking at about 3 different units, I realized that I needed an inside unit. I had to move last minute and decided to come here a couple of days ago. The manager, Myah, was very sweet and took the time to explain everything about the property. She went out of her way to show me the different sizes and she also gave me her opinion about the perfect size. She made the process super easy and even recommended which insurance and lock I should get.
