Was very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the property. always see the property manager out cleanin the property and checking it, made us feel very secure here knowing someone is paying attention to the property. Christy made our move in experience and now our move out experience very fast an efficent thank i storage we will definatley use u again if the need arises. sallyÂ
There is zero way this facility has legit positive reviews. Just know - no matter how long you’ve been renting, expect insane increases in rent with 30 days notice (which is a law and I’m sure the only reason they provide a head’s up). I moved from a larger unlit to a smaller one less than 2 months ago because the rent increase was insane. On the smaller until now - after 2 months - I just got notice my rent is randomly going up 30% to what it would’ve been to rent a larger unit. All you’ll hear is it’s “corporate policy”. I want to first say the istorage on Linden Ave. Is the worst ever. My Auntie had a storage unit there starting back in April 4th when she got the unit. She didn't start using it til May. She has paid her storage every month on time since then. Even went up on the storage starting at $128 then went up to $159. Yes she also had insurance on it to. November 4 she went to go pay and nobody was there, she saw that her storage was broken into.. Nobody called her to tell her anything bout her storage was broken into. My Auntie call... read more
