They took my storage building after I paid for a month in just two weeks cause there was no lock or anything in it yet
I've had a storage space here for a few years now. There was a marked difference when ownership changed. Numerous times the self-pay portal has not worked and I've commented directly to the company about this. In July my mom died and I was wracked with bills. I fell behind in payment but caught back up - paying all penalties.
