I want to first say the istorage on Linden Ave. Is the worst ever. My Auntie had a storage unit there starting back in April 4th when she got the unit. She didn't start using it til May. She has paid her storage every month on time since then. Even went up on the storage starting at $128 then went up to $159. Yes she also had insurance on it to. I recently found myself needing a storage unit unexpectedly. I called 2 other companies which didn't help me period. I walked into the Middlebrook location and Charissa was more than helpful and compassionate about my situation. She helped me keep what little things I walked away with because I lost most of my things. She was my angel that day making me realize that there are still some good people in this world. They took my storage building after I paid for a month in just two weeks cause there was no lock or anything in it yet

I've had a storage space here for a few years now. There was a marked difference when ownership changed. Numerous times the self-pay portal has not worked and I've commented directly to the company about this. In July my mom died and I was wracked with bills. I fell behind in payment but caught back up - paying all penalties. This winter I fell behind again and communicated with Jodi who was empathetic and thanked me for updating her and asked me to let her know if I needed anything else.
