Horrible customer service!!! Threatened to call the police on us for having the delivery truck pull up to the door for easier unload straight into our storage unit. After explaining we would be less than 5 minutes and this storage units is ALWAYS empty and nobody is ever there, INCLUDING STAFF, why would it be a big deal. She still threatened to call the police on us for blocking the sidewalk and trying to be in and out faster!!! instead, the driver had to drop 4 pallets on the sidewalk for us to unload all 32 boxes at 75 po... read more

There hasn’t been any staff there since I signed up online, had to drive to another storage facility just to purchase a lock and it took me 5 days to move since there weren’t any carts! Also, it need to be cleaned! I wish I never signed up online and went elsewhere!
