Chad was awesome! Chad was awesome. I called 5 minutes before he was about to leave and I said “I’ll just go tomorrow I just realized it’s about 5PM” and he said “Please let me help I’ll be happy to answer any questions!” He also is helping me with the follow up and his communication is awesome!

Kudos to Julian! Julian displayed phemnomal customer service. I was very pleased with how he answered my questions and satisfied my concerns. I also liked how he took the ibiykce to see how my accounts were not set up correctly for the best situation and outcome I wanted. That said, Julian has a high degree of attention to detail which is a good leadership trait to have. I'm sure if ever he is promoted to Mgr if he is not already one, he will groom future employees to perform to the same standard as he. KUDOS to Julian!
