I love the personal customer service! I love the personal customer service. I like the small company type of service. At the same time, I would like to see better tools for charts/graphs and more detailed account and portfolio resources. More tech please ;)
All is well All is well. Think that there can be more info regarding the process of how one can redeem shares (units) of digital assets. Last time I looked there was not much information in this regard.
So far my experience with Itrust has… So far my experience with Itrust has been great. Jeff took the time to explain the program via a phone call. Having a "real" person to speak with is important to me when investing money. I'm looking forward a time when they offer an App version on my phone and also a way to make deposits directly through the App rather than a wire transfers which is costly. Other than that, everything is good and I look forward to investing in my retirement with digital assets.

Great company Great company. If you are making a move there ( as are many many people ) remember it takes some time to set up and move accounts.
The customer service is great The customer service is great. Working at getting a few things figured out with the current custodian I am with and the I Trust rep has been extremely helpful and proactive. Excited to be partnering with this team.
Thanks for your help Thanks for your help. The only area, thus far, that I see a need for improvement, would be on-line chat assistance for quick questions. My situation was unique, and you helped me navigate the waters. The on-line chat tool would have made the process more efficient.
I wanted to speak to a human before… I wanted to speak to a human before trusting this company, even though I had only read good reviews through BBB and other tools... Shawn was great, and answered all my questions. Funding was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was again the same person responding in emails letting me know on next steps. Way better experience than Fidelity and other companies!
