I was having trouble with the funding… I was having trouble with the funding for my IRA, more specifically, processing an ACH on my end through my bank as my bank is not listed within their system. Jonathan in customers service was very helpful. We spoke both by phone and email back and forth. Communication was great and time to resolve my issue was better than expected. Customer service is top notch!
