They have disabled the ability to sell… They have disabled the ability to sell on their platform. They claim it’s a bug for everyone, but what function do they provide outside of the ability to transact with in an IRA. They were able to restore my account the next day. Confidence is shaken. Will have to see what the future holds.

Problems with Contributing I decided to open up an IRA with iTrust because the company was recommended by several different trustworthy people. I was able to open an account fine, but the website does not seem user-friendly. My contribution for 2021 went through okay, but I've tried to contribute for 2022 and nothing has happened. Issues setting up account I was having issues setting up my account. Mitchell promptly called me at our scheduled time and was very friendly. Mitchell was able to figure out the problem with my account and answered all of my questions, which I had many! Once I had rectified the issue with my account, I almost immediately received the funding instructions! Thank you Mitchell!
