New account assistance Since opening my account, I didn't have my bank listed to do ACH transfers. Pooya Ferasati assisted me along the way and setup an account for me to do ACH transfers. Hands-on, Responsive, and Caring I moved to iTrust because of an awful experience with another company. iTrust picks up the phone. They have been extremely empathetic, which counts a lot when it's your retirement. They are also extremely quick with email. And they even do phone follow up to transfer requests, which I was not expecting so I could call the other company to make sure things are moving along.
