RecommendedIvy kids of Alamo Ranch was the best experience I have ever had for child care. I went through at least six centers with my oldest daughter. When I had my second I only needed Ivy Kids. They are so kind and patient and caring of all the babies and kids. They are always always smiling and engaging in conversation with parents. Our daughter started going to Ivy when she was 5 months old( August) and we absolutely love it. I’m a first time mom and worried how much attention and care our daughter would receive and they’ve always treated her like one of their own. The front desk is amazing too. They listen when we have concerns, questions and take the time to tell us about our daughters day. I love even in the Infant A room they do so many activities with the kids. I’m highly impressed with the Teachers & Staff at Ivy Kids-Alamo Ranch. Admin- Ms.Selene is always cheerful and happily greets each child as they enter & exit the facility. She has special individualized greetings for each child. I feel Selene adds extra Sprinkles to the top of an already Great learning Center. There are not enough words to truly describe how happy I am with Ivy Kids. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by Ms. Selene or Ms. Deserae. Ms Julie the Director and Ms Bashnin the owner both. have offices right inside the doors, and are almost always available to discuss any questions, comments or concerns. Our two-year old started when Ivy Kids opened last summer, and she is really happy. So are we! The communication, cleanliness and curriculum is phenomenal. We appreciate the healthy menu as we reciprocate at home. We love knowing what is going on in our daughter's day and the updates through the app. Anytime anything has ever come up, the school has been receceptive, and adjusted, if possible, showing they care and appreciate constructive feedback. So happy I found the perfect place for my son to get prepared for Kindergarten. The staff is amazing, I love how they know each parent and child by name when you walk in! They cater to every need your child has and truly care about the well-being of the families they serve! If you’re on the fence, do it…enroll your little ones! My son loves telling me about his day and I love how I can check on him at any given time and it helps ease a parents mind knowing your kiddos are in good hands.
