Delighted to have our Son attend Ivy Kids of Alamo Ranch. Ms.Selene (admin) always has a giant smile on her face as she greets all the children entering & exiting the building. You can tell she loves what she does because her positive energy shines daily. The entire staff is proactive and cares about each child. I love my Son’s Teachers & ecstatic about the progress he’s made with potty training.
I had a great experience with Ivy Kids until this week. When the open house happened we went and they introduced us to my daughters teachers and I was excited to see that one of the teachers is one that we had from our previous daycare which we loved. When my daughter started that teacher was moved to another room which we were disappointed as we were let to believe that particular teacher would be on my daughters classroom. Awful administration, poor communication skills, and when asked to follow the procedures of their own parent handbook, we were told no. Loved our teachers though. Will definitely let the local PTA know and our neighborhood page.
