I love Dr. West. He is very professional and very thorough. He listens to everything I have to say and I usually have a lot to say. He never rushes me. His Team is also very professional and helps me a lot. If I send them a message in my chart, they always reply back within the hour. I appreciate them so much.
Always willing to listen and doesn’t rush the visit
He listens. He cares. He follows up. I have 3 close family members that use him and we are all very happy with Dr. West and his nurses, Trudy and Chavez.
He was taking my PCP’s calls and worked me into his schedule the next day. He was a very cordial, patient doctor, who listened attentively to my symptoms. After examining the area where I was having pain, he made a quick diagnosis ordering a medication for this problem. So, thankful for this doctor making himself available to me so quickly.
