As always, J. Prime didn’t disappoint. The food was prepared perfectly - our Filet Mignons were ordered medium rare + - and were cooked to perfection. The Sashimi appetizer was delectable, and the Salmon and Tuna just melted in our mouths. The Caesar Salad was plentiful and the dressing was full of flavor. And those fried Anchovies? DELICIOUS! One of the very best restaurants I have been to in the past few years, The Chef is a genius, the food was superior, he knows what he is doing. I have eaten at Chef's Jamie Oliver, Gordan Ramsay and Tom Colicchio restaurants to name a few and J-Prime Steakhouse in San Antonio is in their league! The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. I look forward to visiting again!
Our server, Matthew, was amazing. We really enjoyed our evening with him. He was very attentive without being intrusive. Matthew was very helpful with our selections and timed our course serving perfectly! Food and drinks were excellent as always. JPrime is a wonderful restaurant for a special evening.
Fabulous evening for my wife birthday Tuna Tartare and charcuterie board we re a perfect way to start the night . Service was very precise and entertaining steaks cooks to perfection and highly recommend the strawberry shortcake table side. management was very present and involved with the service . we had a great time !

We have been visiting J-Prime for a few years now and it definably never disappoints! Amazing service and food is always on point!
Friendly get together and birthday dinner. Had a great experience and they provided me with a truly memorable experience for the time to come. I go to steakhouses often and this total experience was the best of all I have been to in the country as a total package. I generally don’t care too much for loud settings. But that’s a very minimal impact compared to my total experience with the flexibility and total preparation for this evening to take place.
Dinner as usual was amazing -- the wine was fantastic as well as the dinner we will be back
The service was outstanding! Jesse was attentive and helpful, advised us on great menu selections and answered all our questions. (Our first time there.) The dining room managers made sure our Anniversary dinner met our expectations. Our dinners were fantastic! We will be back- well before our next Anniversary.
