Everything was great. Good welcome, great dining experience, and very great dinner. It is expensive, but it matches up in excellence.
We were celebrating a birthday. The staff were gracious and made my mom feel special on her birthday.
Came here from out of town to visit a resort for our anniversary and decided to try this establishment for our dinner option. We are glad we did. The food and ambiance was amazing. The value on a shared steak meal along with drinks was beyond reasonable. We are very happy with everything from J-Prime. We will def be visiting your new Austin location. When we visit there this fall. Thank you again.
We've been going to JPrime for a few years and now that Carlos is gone, I'm not sure if I like it. The whole ambiance of the place has changed and that was a big part of why we went. It was like a symphony and Carlos was a master conductor. Now it feels a bit chaotic and the staff seemed a bit nervous. The food was definitely up to par and our server, Brittany was very good. The service here is what you call real 6 stars service they have pass 5 stars the staff there is very friendly and very professional I was visited from out of town for my husband birthday but I will return each time im in San Antonio I just can't believe how amazing this restaurant is ask for Hamilton when you go and the service managers are the best. This restaurant is beyond good: it is fabulous! The food is OUTSTANDING. The staff is stellar - exceptional! They make you feel like you are the most important person in the stratosphere. Our attendant, Rick (…much more than just a waiter), took care of all of our needs and more. He raised the experience to a higher level - exponentially. I cannot say enough good things about J Prime Steakhouse. If you consider yourself a refined diner, then you must dine at J Prime Steakhouse. One visit will not be enough. I promise.
