Everything was wonderful except the music when we arrived it was electronic heavy beat kind. Just not the ambiance we were looking for. I felt like we were clubbing instead of enjoying each other, visiting and an elegant dinner. Music changed some over the 2 hours we were there but never just comfortable background music. Don't know if we would go back.
Very pleasant experience. Great service and attention. The steak could’ve tasted better but it was bad. I recommend but manage your expectations.
Everything was wonderful. The staff was so attentive and very kind they were also informative on the menu items. This was the best dining experience I have ever had. Definitely worth every penny.

Me and my family celebrated my birthday here. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The staff was so polite, and the food was exceptional. They made me feel real special for my birthday by providing me with a complimentary slice of cake, and even a birthday card and ballon. I appreciate the staff at J-Prime, and we will definitely be coming back in the near future.

First steak was too tough, supposed to be a prime cut, looked like it was a select cut instead. Second steak was overcooked, ordered medium got well done.

An unbelievable experience to celebrate our anniversary at this wonderful steakhouse! We started the evening out by trying out their famous fried oysters and then enjoyed a delicious filet mignon accompanied afterwards with a complimentary crème brûlée. The service is outstanding, truly feel catered to as we get to indulge ourselves with their many fine dishes cooked to perfection. Recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!
