Our server, Hamilton, did a great job of taking care of us. The meal was excellent with great lobster bisque and both of our steaks were perfectly prepared!

The food was great, but could tell the waiter was new. We had to ask for bread, husband didn’t get exact drink he ordered, timing of the salads was a bit off. We all ordered the same 8oz filet (medium) and one of us got a medium well that looked about 2oz smaller than the rest. That being said, we still enjoyed our meal.
It was amazing as always. The menu was select since it was a holiday but everything was delicious. We were seated upstairs and just enjoyed ourselves since it was more private. It did get a little noisy but that’s because all the tables were occupied. It wasn’t bad though. We love our dinner dates at J Prime and will continue going back.
Good buy steak out of 10 -> 5 service 10 fries : 4 good in general but music is too loud always and lacks style for the type of customers that visit

The manager Carlos is why this place is fantastic!!! The guy is on top of everything. And the result is a reflection of his dedication to customers having a superb experience. Bravo to everyone there!!!!!
Best Lobster bisque anywhere. Steak was undercooked. Never received Brussels and were charged for them.
