We've been going to JPrime for a few years and now that Carlos is gone, I'm not sure if I like it. The whole ambiance of the place has changed and that was a big part of why we went. It was like a symphony and Carlos was a master conductor. Now it feels a bit chaotic and the staff seemed a bit nervous. The food was definitely up to par and our server, Brittany was very good. Decent food, fair service and loud atmosphere. No dress code required.
This restaurant is beyond good: it is fabulous! The food is OUTSTANDING. The staff is stellar - exceptional! They make you feel like you are the most important person in the stratosphere. Our attendant, Rick (…much more than just a waiter), took care of all of our needs and more. He raised the experience to a higher level - exponentially. I cannot say enough good things about J Prime Steakhouse. If you consider yourself a refined diner, then you must dine at J Prime Steakhouse. One visit will not be enough. I promise.
JP is always amazing, their HH is the best. Make sure you make a reservation!
Amazing food and service. Wonderful staff. A favorite place for special occasions and good times with family and friends.
Our experience was absolutely amazing! TJ and Justin were incredible and the best service we have ever experienced.
Was crowded but everything was nice , food was tasty as usual !!
