The quality of the meal and the service are always exceptional at J-Prime but yesterday was Second to none! It was our anniversary and we were seated in a small room with only 4 tables which was awesome and then Dianna greeted us as our server. She was absolutely the BEST! While she was assisted by many, her service, professionalism and smile were also second to none!! Highly recommend J-Prime for THE BEST dining experience!
My husband and I came here for a date night. We travel all over the world eating at some of the best restaurants and honestly, J-Prime ranks pretty near the top for us. Not only was the food amazing, the service was absolutely impeccable. Our server, Manuel, was a dream. And the manager, Ethan, couldn't have been more attentive. Even as it got busier as the night went on, we never would have known - seriously, outstanding service. The drinks were fantastic too! Can't give enough compliments to everyone there.
The entire staff was friendly. Our wait staff was knowledgeable, available and helpful. He made excellent recommendations and created a memorable dining experience. Our food was prepared according to our desires and we had a fabulous dining experience. This was our first experience with J-Prime and we will definitely return.

It was a delightful experience. The food was great and our server, TJ, was on top of everything. From the arrival experience to TJ saying farewell at the door this was incredible. I am not saying everything was perfect but it went so smoothly and the food was good enough to make you not worry about a couple of imperfections in the food, service was impeccable. Only mistake was that my wife ordered Fillet mignon and they brought her ny strip. But the food was excellent.
Great customer service all in all a great place to enjoy
Food was good not great, but the one thing that will bring me back is OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
