The evening was fantastic. The food and service were magnificent.
This place is outstanding. I moved to Texas a month ago and have been looking for a "tablecloth" restaurant since arriving. I live north of San Antonio and had to drive 25 miles to get to J Prime but it was very worthwhile. Outstanding service and food.
When it gets busy, the wait staff need to appear calm; not run around all night, talking their business loudly on the dining floor; Bussers clanging plates and silverware, noisily clearing tables; that chaotic behavior doesnt make jPRIME "energetic" it makes it loud, unprofessional and careless. At this stage, you all should be able to separate the bar from the dining room in these aspects: compartmentalize the treatment of guests in each area. It was amazing, I’m so happy we went to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.
Just amazing.
The steak was the best I have experienced in San Antonio...incredibly flavorful and tender... a knife was not needed. The sides were amazing... wedge salad,spinach au gratin, along with the bread they served ... yummy warm balls with cheese inside. J Prime Steakhouse is a slice of heaven on earth.
The service and food was amazing. Best dining experience I've had in San Antonio to date. It's a bit pricey, but most definitely worth the money. Everything we got was cooked or prepared to perfection. 11/10
We had an outstanding time at the restaurant. The service was impeccable along with great taste in food and beverages.
Always a joy and experience to go to JPrime! Happy Hour is fantastic and definitely worth the price. Can’t wait to go back!
