Great service
The food and service was spectacular as always however this restaurant was not following the guidelines set by the State of Texas, Bexar County and the City of San Antonio for 50% occupancy. Every table in the restaurant was completely full. Would definitely recommend but not until COVID has been tempered in San Antonio.
We celebrated my moms birthday that night and we had the most amazing time. The management was so caring and nice and made sure everything was perfect, from the table(balloons) to the food. They went above and beyond. Our waiter Nicholas was amazing and always there when we needed him. On top of his game. We really appreciated him as well. We definitely will be coming back. Loved everything about this place. We had an amazing time with our family.
Drinks were excellent. Shrimp Cocktail was on point, as were the Lobster Bites. Steaks were cooked perfectly, as were the grilled vegetables. Steve, our wait person, was excellent. Not intrusive, yet knew exactly when we needed him. We will request him anytime we choose to dine at this location.
Great food! On the more expensive side but well worth the money
Best steak in sa hands down. Service , presentation and preparation always on point. Can’t wait to eat there again.

We are never disappointed in the service and food at JPrime. Our waiter was so attentive. I ordered the scallops and my husband had steak. Both dishes were delicious. We realized that we don't go there often enough and will need to go back soon.
We had a great time but the service was slow. We didn’t get our wine or other beverages until close to eating our food. The waitress was new it appeared that way. We had to keep asking for condiments, salt & pepper & she only brought salt. The steak was not tender.
