PERFECT DINING EXPERIENCE! French 75...just right! Chefs Muse... watermelon topped with a feta soufflé. Caprese salad dressed at the table, fried oysters on a black bean dirty rice topped with hollandaise, a ribeye perfectly cooked and a refreshing Keylime pie for dessert! And the STAFF... The most well-trained staff I’ve seen in quite some time! Very attentive to every detail! Go...enjoy!
While attentive and pleasant, the waiter royally screwed up our order. First he forgot our appetizer order. At least he got the middle course right. When he finally got our appetizer he just grabbed what was available instead of the without egg that we had requested

I started with the wedge salad and it was amazing! The strip of bacon was delicious. I had an 8 oz. Filet ordered rare and it was seemed to practically melt in my mouth! The au gratin potatoes and Brussels sprouts were superb as always! The service is always wonderful and this time did not disappoint! J-Prime is the best steakhouse in San Antonio!

Dinner with friends was amazing! The atmosphere is elegant, food is delicious and martinis are spectacular!! Love this place! Get the fried Oreo dessert. They come out in a Ferris wheel dessert display. Very cool!
Food was outstanding as well as the crafted drink. I was on a date and the staff went out of their way to make it special. This is my favorite place to go and always done with such class
