Absolutely amazing experience! Didn't have to wait long, but I did have a reservation. All of the staff was very polite and we didn't have to wait for anything. They were on their A game the entire time. Made my husband's birthday truly wondeful!

J-Prime is by far my favorite restaurant in San Antonio. The food and service are incomparable! They have the best wedge salad I’ve ever had - the strip of bacon is so tasty. The filet is always delicious and cooked to perfection. I love the cheesy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus! Oh, and the gluten-free cheesy bread is heaven! They will customize to accommodate food allergies. I’ve never had a bad experience. The cocktails are yummy too! J-Prime is fabulous!

I believe the service was not very good. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. They said to leave the name tag showing it was a birthday celebration so they could sing to her later. Never happened! They brought a piece of cake with no sparkling candle. Requested a mixed drink with a particular liquor. He brought back a tequila mixed drink and at first he informed me that it was rum. Until I took a drink, burning my throat which caused me to have acid reflux to where I could not enjoy my steak.
