The food was very good and the service was great too. We were seated without a wait. The acknowledged the special occasion, which was a nice touch.
This Steakhouse is one of the absolute best in San Antonio. I have enjoyed filets, salmon and lamb as entrees and their lobster bisque is fantastic. Each is amazing and I truly have no favorite. The wait staff refers to you by name as if your one of the family. Their wine selection is vast is and there is something for every taste. People dress up to go to this location and their bar scene appears to be quite bustling. I will go back again and again.

Went for Restaurant week and had an excellent dinner! Service was fantastic and food was even better as usual. Always enjoy my experience when I can make it in. Evening was perfectly paced and savory.
This was our first time visiting this steakhouse, and we can honestly say that they have set the bar very high for the ones on our list to follow. Exquisite food & an Exceptional experience!!
It’s Restaurant Week. GNO. Had excellent service. Oscar, the manager, makes his rounds making sure we are doing well. He’s very hands on with his service. Our server, Danny, has great people skills. Plating of the dishes are beautiful. Cooked well. And delicious.
Beautiful restaurant with superb service, the servers, managers are outstanding , this was a birthday party celebration and they lived up to the occasion. We had never been here before, last year we tried Kirbys Steakhouse and that was a disaster from the start , Flemings , Morton's , Ruth Chris were ok but not at the caliber of J Prime , we are from Houston and even there, the steakhouses are over price and lacking service and sometimes food quality. We will only eat at J Prime from now on during our visits to SA. Thank you
We always attend restaurant week and this was our first time at this place and we just loved it overall! It was alittle to loud due to busy night and our servers were so so wonderful. We are definitely going back.
