Very down to earth, listens and knows what she's doing. The front desk is very good and her PA is very nice and friendly. Dr. Whitesell is very smart and extremely knowledgeable about all things about neurology. I have seen her for eight years. She has up on everything neurological. Great doctor.
She seems to care about patients and explains things in ways easily understood.
The first visit with Dr. Whitesell was refreshing. She is kind and compassionate. She spent time to answer questions and didn't make us feel rushed. We feel confident with her knowledge.
The staff, office, waiting room, atmosphere…were all wonderful. I had a pleasant wait, chatting with others, and Dr. Whitesell is the best. I enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to my next visit…although, it is not soon enough.
Dr. Whitesell is very thorough and explains information clearly. She is easy to talk with and very caring. I recommend her highly.
I needed a neurologist with experience treating patients with Multiple Sclerosis. There are very few in Boise Idaho, but Doctor Whitesell specializes in neurological conditions like ALS and MS. I've been seeing her for a year now and couldn't be happier. She has fantastic bedside manner and takes time with each of her patients to make sure they're well cared for and all of their needs are being met. She takes her time with me. I never feel rushed ,all questions are answered/ resolved, researched
Dr Whitesell was very understanding of my issues and made recommendations about my future care which was very acceptable to me.
