Jake Kurtz was our loan officer. He was reliable, knowledgable, and helpful. Any question we had, big or small, he was one phone call, email, or text away. Any question we had, he either had the answer or found the answer. While we were house hunting, he checked on us regularly to see how we were doing and if we needed information on what our monthly payment would be.
