We got referred to Jake through our agent and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us through the home buying process. Jake was fantastic to work with. Being a first time buyer, my knowledge of the process was very little. Jake walked me through everything and explained it in a way I could understand. He made videos explaining the process at different milestones that way I could go back and reference them if I needed to. He was always available and if he didn't answer the phone immediately, responded by call or text the some day, if not same hour. He just made the process so much easier than I could've imagined. I highly recommend Jake!

Jake was great to work with from beginning to end. He made himself available and answered every question we threw at him.
