Jacob is great to work with. This is our first home purchase and I had a lot of “newbie” questions. Jake was patient with us, answered every question and answered every phone call no matter the time or day. He was very transparent with every step and was nothing less than professional. Jake was all I could ask for and more!! He is truly the best at what he does. He goes above and beyond strategizing and diving deep to make sure you get the best deal. We had some complexities but Jake was able to sort through them with grace and ease. He never sugar coated anything which I highly appreciated. He called rather than texted when necessary and always had great communication. We love Jake and will surely work with him in the future.
