Jake was fantastic to work with. Being a first time buyer, my knowledge of the process was very little. Jake walked me through everything and explained it in a way I could understand. He made videos explaining the process at different milestones that way I could go back and reference them if I needed to. He was always available and if he didn't answer the phone immediately, responded by call or text the some day, if not same hour. He just made the process so much easier than I could've imagined. I highly recommend Jake!

Jake was great to work with from beginning to end. He made himself available and answered every question we threw at him. As first time home buyers, Jake was patient with us and made sure we understood what was happening at each step of the process. He really made the process feel alot less intimidating than we thought it would be, and we can't recommend him enough!

Our experience with Jake was no less than outstanding. Unlike other lenders we talked to before Jake we were not pressured into any decisions we didn’t feel comfortable with. Jake Kurtz was our loan officer. He was reliable, knowledgable, and helpful. Any question we had, big or small, he was one phone call, email, or text away. Any question we had, he either had the answer or found the answer. While we were house hunting, he checked on us regularly to see how we were doing and if we needed information on what our monthly payment would be.
