Jacob went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure that all of the numbers added up for us when it came to our approval and mortgage amount. He was communicative through the whole process and was absolutely amazing when we originally stated we weren’t looking for a few months then found a home we loved very quickly. Jacob helped my family out when our backs were against the wall with a home builder’s mortgage company. The company wanted us to bring $40k to closing and we didn’t not want to provide that type of down payment on a VA loan. So we decided to shop around for other companies to pick-up our loan.
