To work on the customer service experience for the client. As Jacob does this job daily and is aware of the ropes if you will… the customer is not. I wish that he would have been a little more patient when it came to questions and clarification regardless of how big or small that question may be or how many times we may ask it. If Jacob does not have patience to work with customers he may want to look for a desk job filing papers so that he does not run a risk of having a client walk away from a big deal like closing a house... read more
