Communication was not too clear. Most phone conversations was brief which lead to more questions after the conversation. There were times I sense impatience. Most importantly, the last phone call, I sense frustration and got hang up. Although she did say that she will do what I requested but it wasn’t nice.

Mrs. Hawtin went above and beyond with all the helpful information needed, she April Krebs, and Giovani Dominique are excellent at taking the stress out of the process. They made me feel comfortable and I appreciate that they had my best interest at heart at all times .awesome job done by all.
