Communication was not too clear. Most phone conversations was brief which lead to more questions after the conversation. There were times I sense impatience. Most importantly, the last phone call, I sense frustration and got hang up. Although she did say that she will do what I requested but it wasn’t nice.
Absolute professionals and always stayed in contact during and after the buying process.
