Accomodating, friendly, and courteous service. Service department from advisors to technicians are excellent. Service advisor, Ms. Madison Langford was very helpful & attended to the needs of the situation. The dealership is clean, orderly and comfortable. Its amenities to waiting customers is at or above par with other vehicles brand dealership, and this Jaguar dealership stands at excellence compared to others I had gone to.

Very good service. Kyle went out of his way to keep me informed since my F Pace needed a lengthy electronics update. He even offered to shuttle me down to the Tacoma car museum to spend some time and offered to get me some lunch. These people understand automotive customer service. All work performed as promised. Highly recommend

It takes to long for an oil change .....nearly 90 mins waiting is way to long for me this stand around an doing nothing � my car has been sitting outside for the past 30 or so mins.
