1st JAG F-Type Service First service on my 2016 F-Type; low miles but needed oil change and some items that cropped up over time and some issues after having bought the car (new, but sight unseen as I was overseas - 54 miles) that were evident after use and using. Parts were ordered as needed and follow-up repairs to be done this week (approx 10 for all parts to arrive - understand some would not have been a in-stock item. Donarius was a great service advisor and kept in contact thru the 1st service, explained status and what to expect for parts and a future service item. Very nice and thorough guy.

Very low mileage car, seems to have gaps in service. 2013 S60 T5 Sedan has 19,579 miles - less than 3,000 miles per year . . . fairly unusual. There is no service history between 1,624 miles (Feb 2013) and 13,733 (Mar 2018) - a gap of 5 years. With such low usage per year, I would be surprised if the oil changes were done by amateurs. Dealer seems cooperative, but it didn't try very hard to explain potential service gaps or what their internal inspections show. Car was bought and serviced at this dealer.

I purchased the Mercedes sl550 after having to clarify that it was still available-one person at the Jaguar dealership with whom I spoke told me the car was not available. When, two days later I saw that it was still advertised, I called again only to find that it indeed WAS still available. There may have been a bit of "competing dealerships" involved even though both are O'Brien dealerships. The fact that they seemed to not know what was going on with the availability of the car put me off, but I made an appointment to inspect it. The car was at the front door of the Volvo dealership when I arrived, ready for my test drive. I liked it, drove it and purchased it. The floor manager treated me excellently and we completed the purchase with no hassle. I am now waiting to receive my car while some repairs are being completed, which hopefully will not be long. If I receive my car in a reasonable amount of time, I will have nothing but good things to say about Volvo of Tacoma.
