No problem. Though service was a bit slow our server did pretty good. My only concern was the quesadilla I ordered. The last time I ordered the meat was so juicy it was dripping. I loved it. This time the ground beef was dry and the salad was not dressed like it normally is. I didn’t want to complain so I ate half of it and let it... read more
Business response:
Thank you for being a regular guest and for sharing your feedback, Bellez. We’re glad your server took good care of you, especially so close to closing, but we’re sorry the quesadilla and salad weren’t as consistent with what you’ve enjoyed on past visits. You’re absolutely right that our food quality should be consistent regardless of the time of day. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope your next visit to Jake n JOES Foxboro delivers the great food and experience you’ve come to expect from us!
We had an enjoyable dining experience. The wrap was ok although they forgot to add the avocado. The fish was excellent along with the chicken parmesan entree. Unfortunately, the fries were cold on both the wrap and fish & chips. Our server was wonderful.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Leo. We're glad you had an enjoyable visit and that you enjoyed the fish, chicken parmesan, and the wonderful service from your server. We also appreciate you pointing out the missed avocado and the cold fries. That's not the experience we want our guests to have, and we'll be sharing your comments with our kitchen team as we continue refining our food quality and consistency. We hope to welcome you back to Jake n JOES Foxboro again soon!

They were great and would recommend!! I had the Carnitas Tacos, sweet sauce, coleslaw, good pork.. They were fabulous!! Overall it was fantastic with drinks and appetizers and entrees about $40 per person! Would recommend to anyone in the area.
