The food was good and our waiter was great. Unfortunately, the hostess was horrible; she was chewing and clacking her gum the whole time and seemed to be put out by having to show us to our seats. A very poor front face for the restaurant.

At first we were seated near a large group and with parents at one end , the kids were loud, the hostess reseated us in the bar area, which was great, however there was a adult, with a loud mouth swearing and that was annoying. However, service was fabulous & food was delicious… we still enjoyed the meal & will keep Jake’s Joe’s on our dinning list….. Staff wa fabulous, too ~

We had a party of 11 and our server was phenomenal. She was super attentive and everyone's drinks remained full which was a major feat. The food was great as well. Overall very impressed!

The music was very loud . They tried to say my reservation was only for 4 not 6 and then tried to put us on high tops for a business lunch when I reserved standard tables .

liked service. food good. very expensive for frozen/pre-made menu items. got a message from then recently :"glad you loved roast beef dip. it's very popular" so where's the beef?!
