Total incompetence. Walked out after nearly a half hour after being seated and not even getting a glass of water. People actual enjoy coming here? Visit any of the other restaurants in the area instead: don’t waste your time.

Kids were running all over. Hard to even think about my dinner partner as we kept being distracted by running kids who parents were busy dinking.

We arrived at 5:45 and seated at 5:50PM, Great! We ordered drinks and appetizer; however, nachos were not gluten free (nachos are ALWAYS GLUTEN FREE!) These chips are cooked in the fry-o-later, with other gluten containing items. I asked if she could have some fries, she had them there before! We were told fries weren’t gf. 😥 However, had they baked them, they would have been gf we learned later. We had reservations for 5, restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived. Very nice waitress took our order. Ordered fried pickle appetizer, smashed burger and thanksgiving sandwich. App came out in reasonable time and was good. Main course did not come out until about 6pm. Waitress apologized for the wait. Fries were warm, burger was on the warm cool side. The tater tots ordered with the sandwich were not cooked all the way. Probably won’t go back. I saw similar reviews on yelp mentioning the same issues.

The fries and mashed potatoes had a topping that made it horrible. It was an oil and grated cheese. Don’t touch the fries, they are great PLAIN. The waitress was amazing. She was professional, courteous and very friendly.

The service was not up to par tonight. We waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and they were finally served to us they were cold. We were told that the manager was going to come over to talk to us, they never happened. Our server offered to get my husband something else off the menu, he declined. His meal and a dessert were comped from the bill.

We sat at the bar to watch the football game and we're very disappointed in the service. I understand it was a busy day, and they were all working hard but we were completely ignored and my sandwich came out wrong

We had a bad experience with management. We swapped out the cheese on our salad for a different kind of cheese. When we received the bill it was higher than expected. The waitress sent over the manager to deal with the discrepancy. Manager explained waitress hit up-charge button erroneously. she credited the bill a smaller amount than she should have.
